How can I stay connected with alumni from other cohorts?
Your BUV email remains active after graduation, ensuring you stay informed about alumni events, reunions, and social gatherings. Updates will be sent to both your BUV email and your registered personal email.
Additionally, a Facebook Group has been established for alumni from various cohorts to foster engagement and connections. As a member of the BUV alumni community, you are highly encouraged to join the group.
I want to ask for a Letter of Recommendation from my lecturer at BUV, what is the procedure?
Please fill out the Alumni Information Form (download the form via this link: Alumni Information Form for Academic Reference), then email the completed form to alumnirelations@buv.edu.vn. We will support you in contacting the faculty members and issuing the Letter of Recommendation.
My degree certificate was lost. Can I receive a duplicate version of my certificate?
For Staffordshire University certificate & transcript:
Please be informed that as Staffordshire University is your awarding body, the process of issuing a replacement or copy of the degree certificate and/or transcript needs to follow the standard procedure of the University.
To request a replacement certificate, you can download the Replacement Certificate Request form from https://www.staffs.ac.uk/alumni/certificates-transcripts.

For University of London certificate & transcript:
Please be informed that as the University of London is your awarding body, the process of issuing a replacement or copy of the degree certificate and/or transcript needs to follow the standard procedure of the University.
To request a replacement certificate, please follow the instructions from https://www.london.ac.uk/current-students/student-services/requesting-transcript

For BUV Own Degree certificate & transcript:
The BUV Own Degree is only issued once. You can request a copy of the Degree by using the email registered at BUV to send a request to alumnirelations@buv.edu.vn.
Can I request a digital copy of my academic transcript and certificate?
Yes. You can request a digital copy of your academic transcript and certificate by using the email registered at BUV to send a request to alumnirelations@buv.edu.vn. The email must clearly state the request for a copy of the University Degree, which provides information about the issued University Degree and attach a certified scanned copy of the identity card or citizen identification or valid passport of the student.

It is noted that you can receive softcopies of transcripts and certificates with the condition of completing all admission documents, outstanding books, tuition fees and other school fees.
